Offline checklist
At bottom of this webpage, you will find a link to a checklist that will help you assess your success into involving youth in your organization. Although it addresses to students' club or association, to schools, and other youth organizations, this 15 questions (yes/no/na format) offline survey can be used by any organizations involving youth.

You can find two main sections on this page: a short literature review on collaboration and the collaboration checklist (with its terms being defined and guidelines for interpreting your results). You might want to print the checklist section and distribute it to other collaborators.
