The purpose of this website is to help organizations improve their performance. The site provides information on models, frameworks, and tools that can be used for organizational assessment (OA) and managing organizational change processes. It also facilitates an on-line community with interest in organizational assessment, change management, learning and capacity development. While the focus of the site is on non-profit organizations, international agencies, and governments, we have found that all organizations can benefit.
